FOLKLORE: At the time of Zela's birth, her father George Henry Webb and her mother Frances Ann Parkins were living at 44 Price Street, Birkenhead. On the day she was born, a ship called the Lotty Sleigh, exploded in the River Mersey. CHECK: Thought to be baptised on 25th December 1864.
